Pizza Van Cashmere

Pizza night at the bottom of the hills. Rolling Dough is a wood fired pizza trailer based in Christchurch, and Cashmere is one of our regular Wednesday spots.

This is not takeaway-shop pizza. The dough ferments for a full 24 hours at room temperature before it is stretched by hand. San Marzano tomatoes, 00 flour from Italy, fresh fior di latte mozzarella, then about 90 seconds in a screaming hot oven.

One 12 inch pizza is plenty for one person. The menu is short on purpose, there is always a vegetarian option, and the special changes with the seasons.

Find us on the link road between MacMillan Avenue and Dyers Pass Road, by the Cashmere Village green, Wednesdays from 4.30pm to 7.30pm, starting Wednesday 7 October.
