Pizza Van Mt Pleasant

Pizza with a view of the estuary. The Rolling Dough trailer trades regular evenings in Mt Pleasant, cooking fresh Neapolitan pizza for the neighbourhood.

We are fussy about the details. The dough ferments for 24 hours, never in the fridge. The tomatoes are San Marzano, the flour is 00 from Italy, and the mozzarella is fresh fior di latte.

Each pizza cooks in about 90 seconds, so it lands in your hands hot and fast. The menu is short, seasonal, and always has a vegetarian option.

Find us at the Mt Pleasant Community Centre, 3 McCormacks Bay Road, Thursdays from 5pm to 8pm.
