The Menu

This is just an example menu. What we cook changes regularly depending on what is good and what is in season, so it will not always look exactly like this. Every pizza starts with the same base: 24 hour dough, San Marzano tomatoes, and fresh fior di latte mozzarella.

Pizzas

• Margherita. San Marzano tomatoes, fior di latte, basil and olive oil.
• Pepperoni. San Marzano tomatoes, fior di latte and pepperoni.
• Napoli. San Marzano tomatoes, fior di latte, anchovies and caperberries.
• Truffle Mushroom. San Marzano tomatoes, fior di latte, truffle oil, rosemary and brown mushrooms.
• Soppressata Honey. San Marzano tomatoes, fior di latte, hot honey and artisan soppressata.
• Rotating special. Ask on the night, it changes with the season.

Sides and dips

• Garlic bread.
• Garlic bread with cheese.
• Garlic aioli dip.
• Fermented pineapple hot sauce dip.
